The company has been valued at 12.9 million euros prior to its IPO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nortem&nbsp;BioGroup Nortem will put into circulation 2,578,500 shares at a unit price of 5.00 euros. The listing will take place on the Access segment of Euronext Paris, under the stock exchange symbol MLBIO.<br>Nortem&nbsp;BioGroup operates as a holding company and currently controls five different brands of organic products and materials: Nortembio, NaturalPharma Laboratories, Luxury &amp; Grace, Ecodescalk and LG Health iSystems.&nbsp; In total, these brands represent 200 references, which will continue to increase in the coming months.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company generated sales of approximately EUR 7 million in the 2022 financial year, mainly through the Amazon platform (AMZN). With more than half a million customers, its main market is Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mission of&nbsp;Nortem&nbsp;BioGroup is to promote sustainable food choices, innovative supplements and smart probiotics, in line with its commitment to protecting the environment and human health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than 30% of the company&#8217;s revenues are reinvested in research and development, activities that are carried out entirely in El Puerto de Santa Mar\u00eda (C\u00e1diz).
